Free talk on improving sleep tonight!

Sleep
Sleep

How to get a better night's sleep is the first theme in a series of free public lectures run by the St John of God Hospital in Stillorgan tonight.

Other lectures will cover how to be happy, eating disorders and also an evening with Breifne Earley - world cycle race champion and mental health advocate.

The lecture series will take place from 8.00pm to 9.30pm on Monday evenings in Saint John of God Hospital on the Stillorgan Road, Dublin until Monday April 25.

Dr Keith Gaynor, who will lecture on happiness and worry, will show how to practice a problem-solving strategy. He will focus on the impact excessive worry can have on our lives, our relationships and our general ability to function. He will discuss effective ways of managing worry to ease stress.
