Shopping list for Week One

What you will need to buy for your first week on the Beach Body Plan

Organic jumbo porridge oats

Bran flakes

12 eggs

Wholemeal brown bread

1 litre skimmed milk

6 x 2-litre bottles of water

Lemons

500ml natural yoghurt

Mixed berries

Almonds

Cashew nuts

Oranges

Apples

Strawberries

Olive oil

Small tin chick peas x2

Tabasco

Tin tomatoes

Paprika

Low fat yoghurt

Olives

Lemons

Red peppersx2

Garlic

Coriander

Rocket

Fruit & vegetables for salads

Spinach

Aubergine

Courgettes

Chicken fillets (175/200g)

175-200g piece of hake

175-200g steak

175-200g smoked haddock

175-200g smoked salmon

turkey

 

Notes

*Bread can be gluten free

* Soya milk/Rice Dream are cool

* Ideally no microwaved food

* All nuts are a handful

* You can mix/match the meals/treats to suit your taste

* Tofu/quorn is a great vegetarian substitute

* Any of the protein sources can be switched to suit

* Butter or mayo on sandwiches/rolls is okay in moderation

* Oil-based dressings are great: Balsamic vinegar/apple cider vinegar

* Boiling water with lemon in the mornings before any food

* One coffee a day/One tea a day

* Two litres of water

* You can alternate exercise days to make them fit into your diary
