Personal trainer John Belton has been a personal trainer for 15 years and has a level one qualification in the OPEX American training system. He is also owner of No.17 Personal Training (no17pt.com), a gym in Merrion Square, Dublin. His philosophy is that food and exercise must go together to sustain a long-term shift towards a healthier lifestyle. Every client has a one-to-one consultation and receives a bespoke plan designed to help them achieve their goals, not just in fitness but in motivation and food.
