KIEHL’S ULTRA LIGHT DAILY UV DEFENSE SPF 50 PA+++, €37.50

As a one-time sun worshipper I'm now all about the factor 50 on the face. And this works great under make-up too.

GUAYUSA TEA

I get up so early I rely on coffee. Hence I'm always on the look-out for a healthier alternative that still offers a kick. Guayusa tea is it. BOBBLE WATER BOTTLE

PONG CASE FOR BLACKBERRY

I worry about how much I use my phone. It just can't be good for your health. So I use a Pong cover on my phone which directs that nasty radiation away from my head and body.

CLARINS BODY TONIC OIL, €44.73

I think they sell one of these every few seconds, and I get why – it's all natural, smells great and makes any wobbly bits look and feel better.

MY JUICER

First thing every morning I grab whatever's in the fridge – ginger, beetroot, spinach, carrots, etc and lash it into the juicer. An instant vit hit that gives me my five-a-day in seconds!
