Secrets of a bikini body: Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra Ambrosio admits that being in bikini shape requires a lot of cardio.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel may have had two children with her businessman husband Jamie Mazur, but she’s stayed in amazing shape to model the lingerie brand’s gorgeous pieces.

It might look easy for her, but the 32-year-old has no qualms telling others that she puts in the effort when it comes to exercise.

“If you want to get into bikini shape, you definitely want to do a lot of cardio,” she told modelinia.com. “My favourite is taking a spinning class. I love SoulCycle, because I always have so much fun whenever I go. I also like to go to Pilates Platinum when I want to tone my body.”

Despite her hectic schedule, the gorgeous brunette spends as much time as she can with her five-year-old daughter Anja and her 22-month-old son Noah.

Alessandra might model tiny bikinis, but she likes her swimwear to be practical when she’s with her little ones.

“I like my swimsuits to be in fun colours, and they have to have the right support,” she revealed. ”I have kids and I’m very active, so when I go to the beach I want something that I can move around in.”

Namibian model Behati Prinsloo has also been busy showing off Victoria’s Secret’s latest designs.

She will happily put up with strange tan lines if it means she can wear cool cut-out clothing.

“[I love their crop tops and playsuits] especially ones with interesting cut-outs!” she grinned. ”The reason I love the crop tops this season is because you can just take a pair of shorts or a high-waisted skirt to change into and just go have lunch or dinner out like that.”

The 24-year-old also keeps fit by doing outdoor activities such as volleyball and paddle boarding.
