Join us from 10am on Independent.ie for the latest event.

Karl has already recorded two live Google Hangout video chats where he responded to readers' queries on camera.

Karl has talked readers through the importance of weights for muscle toning and how "treat day" does not mean an excuse to splurge for 24 hours straight.

And he reassured those readers struggling with headaches, nausea and grumpiness after giving up caffeine that "two or three days should see you through the worst".

Karl's Beach Body Plan was published exclusively in the Irish Independent recently and includes tips on how to tone your stomach and how to stay svelte this summer.

You can read all his exclusive tips, recipes and advice in a special Karl Henry section.

Readers with questions for the fitness expert can take part in Karl's live video chat today and next week.

To put your question to Karl you will need a webcam and a Google (Gmail) account.

Send an email with your contact details and what you'd like to ask Karl to feedback@independent.ie. We will select several readers to take part in next week's Google Hangout and you will be contacted in advance if you are chosen.

Readers following the 30-day plan can expect to shed between seven and 14 pounds, up to six inches from the waist and an entire dress size.

"The Beach Body Plan is Ireland's first interactive diet and fitness programme. I am your personal trainer for the next 30 days and you can come to me for advice during our weekly web chats," said Karl.

You can also watch the Week One  web chat and Week Two to catch up.
