ZEST OF LIFE
I drink hot water and lemon first thing every morning. Then I have a bowl of porridge topped with honey.
I make my own flapjacks. I eat no bread mid-week but eat wholemeal brown bread on Sundays.

SHAKEN AND STIRRED
I make a chicken stir fry twice a week for dinner with fresh veg – M&S have a great stir fry mixed pack.
I always have Glenisk natural yogurt, which is great for probiotics – and granola. I don't ever have cereal. Or even milk – only soya or skimmed milk in my coffee.
I snack on grapes, nuts and almonds.
I drink lots of green tea.
