Miranda Kerr's diet secrets? Almonds and avocado
Miranda Kerr looks at cameras as if they were people.
The 30-year-old model is a regular on the catwalk and strutted her stuff for designer Sonia Rykiel during Paris Fashion Week last Friday.
In preparation for different events, Miranda takes inspiration from the clothing to get into the right mindset.
"It depends on the show!" she told graziadaily.co.uk when asked if she channels a different character down the catwalk. "It's about the mood and the direction from designers; they might want it to be strong and powerful or soft and cheeky and feminine. It's important to look at the cameras as if it's someone, as if it's not just a camera."
Miranda has also modelled for high street retailer H&M, and her first campaign for the brand has just been unveiled.
The various shots show her outside posing in the sun wearing different outfits, such as a white blouse and pink pleated skirt.
Miranda enjoyed working with the affordable label and what it has to offer next season. She and fellow A-list stars, including Solange Knowles, sat on the front row of H&M's show during Paris Fashion Week last week.
"It's been really good. I think they're a great brand they have so many great pieces you can mix in with your wardrobe," Miranda smiled. "They might be on trend but they are pieces you can afford that are very wearable, which I like. I loved the Autumn/Winter studio collection; the cuts were so good."
With such a hectic schedule, the brunette beauty makes sure to keep fit on her travels. She is also wary of what she eats ahead of big events.
"It's a bit of a combination of everything when I travel. I try to do yoga when I can and I also do Pilates; it depends on time where I do it," she explained. "I eat really healthily; I like to bring a salad from my hotel backstage so I get the nutrients I need. I always have almonds with me and eat lots of avocado."
