What advice would you have for girls in terms of exercising and eating healthily?

I think it’s really important just to ensure there is a balance between both. Once you’re active and eating well, I think that’s the main thing. 

We know you are a great soccer player, but what other sports or hobbies do you enjoy?

I love all sports but really enjoy watching tennis. Sometimes I’d warm up and down before training playing table tennis as well. It can get quite competitive between me and my dad! 

What does wearing the right sports equipment mean to you when training?

It’s important to feel comfortable in the clothing you wear, but also to get the best out of your body and Adidas gear is perfect for that. The Boost trainers are a really snug fit and the cushioning on them feels so bouncy; I’ve never felt runners like these before. A lot of my training would involve running, so I’ve been using them for the last couple of weeks and they feel great. 

Who is your style icon?

My sister Sarah. She’ll love me for saying that!
