Jenny McCarthy's drastic new diet has changed her life

Jenny McCarthy says cutting out food groups was the "best health change" she could have made.
The pretty blonde has eliminated gluten and dairy from her diet and says the extreme change has drastically improved her wellbeing.
"That's the best health change I've ever made," she assured Shape magazine. "I lost a few pounds and have much more energy. My new favourite thing is my soup diet. I make a ton of nutritious ones, like butternut squash and vegetable. When I want to drop five pounds quickly, I eat them for every meal for about ten days."
The former Playboy model appears on the cover of Shape in a lime green two-piece teamed with a dark green vest.
The mother-of-one cheekily lifts up the top to show off her toned torso.
Jenny is currently single, following a few unsuccessful relationships including a marriage to actor John Mallory Asher and a romance with funny man Jim Carrey, followed by a fling with sportsman Brian Urlacher.
"He's my number-one crush," she smiled.
