Giuliana Rancic plans to continue exercising post baby

Giuliana Rancic plans to keep her new baby "totally entertained" while she's exercising.

The E! TV host has discovered a work-out that she hopes will help her burn calories while also being fun for her little son to watch.

Although she won’t have baby weight to lose as her child will be born via a surrogate, keeping fit is a subject close to her heart.

“I usually workout in the morning but I know I’m never going to want to go to the gym before work because I’m not going to want to leave the baby,” she told Radar Online.

“So I’m going to put in the new DVDs called Exhilarate and I have the maraca sticks, they’re like giant rattles, and I’ll put the baby in a chair and he can watch. So while I’m dancing around for an hour, I think he’ll be totally entertained and he’ll like it!”

Giuliana keeps an open mind when it comes to finding new ways of keeping fit. The stunning star believes her new found love of one fitness dance craze in particular is going to be the secret to keeping slim once the baby arrives.

“I was a bit of a skeptic, but I started doing Zumba and it was such a blast!”she said. “I went to my first class with Jason Kennedy and I love doing it. It’s like going to a club, I’m not bored to death. I used to run on the treadmill for an hour at a time and my heart pounds so much faster doing a Zumba class than it does on a treadmill.”

Giuliana and her husband Bill have been eagerly awaiting their longed-for child since they discovered they would struggle to naturally conceive. Giuliana had a breast cancer scare following fertility treatment attempts and has since been even more health conscious than before.
