Get on board with the latest yoga craze

WE'VE HAD hatha, Iyengar, Bikram plus a few other forms of yoga we can't pronounce. Now comes the 'paddleboard' version.



Performing yoga on a paddleboard on the water is said to give the body's core more of a workout compared to the gym, since the platform is unstable and one must use additional muscles to remain balanced on the board.
