Free talk on active lifestyles

Members of the public are invited to hear about the health benefits of exercise at a free public lecture, 'Active lifestyles - helpful or harmful' in Dublin on Wednesday.
Medical and health research experts will share their tips on how exercise helps to reduce heart disease, weight and cope with stress, as well as increase energy.
The lecture will be held from 6.30pm - 8.30pm at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland building, 123 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2.
Speakers on the night include Prof John M O'Byrne, who is an orthopaedic surgeon.Also speaking is Louise Keating, a chartered physiotherapist and Peter Connolly, occupational therapist.
