"Run Jamie Ramsay Run!" may not be as catchy as the phrase from the famous film "Forrest Gump".
However, this bearded bloke ran an extraordinarily long way, from Vancouver to Buenos Aires.
Due to his running feat and his beard, he has been dubbed the "British Forrest Gump".
He wasn't just doing it to prove how far his feet can go; Mr. Ramsay ran to raise money for charity.
Specifically, he was helping out men's suicide charity CALM, Wateraid and Macmillan Cancer Care.
Mr. Ramsay used 17 pairs of shoes on his run, and crossed 14 countries. He ran across two continents.
According to his Facebook page, he ate gnocchi from a petrol station for his Christmas dinner.
Jamie Ramsay concluded his feat on Sunday, running from Heathrow to Westminster, straight off the plane.
Commenting, Jamie Ramsay said: “This challenge was a unique opportunity to explore the world and do something to help three charities that mean a lot to me – CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), WaterAid and MacMillan Cancer Support.
"It has certainly been an experience, but one I have absolutely loved. A sincere thank you to all those who have helped me succeed both during the expedition and back at home. It would be great to see as many people as possible join me for the final leg of my expedition.”
He had been running since August 2014, and finally got to rest on Sunday.
