1pm: Tomato and basil soup and two slices of wholemeal brown bread with butter = 400 calories

4pm: Yoghurt, peanuts and coffee (one sugar and milk) = 140 calories

7pm: Vegetarian fajitas (two), one glass of white wine and coffee (one sugar & milk) = 460 calories

Total: 1,390 calories
