50g porridge oats, 30g whey protein (optional), 1 banana, 100ml orange juice (not from concentrate), 100ml water, 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp chopped nuts, 1 tbsp seeds, 3-4 ice cubes, 2 tbsp Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
This couldn't be easier. Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. A hand blender will also work - just put all the ingredients in a jug and blend.
