What is it? Inspired by the creators’ experiences of riding some of the world’s toughest waves, this original workout (which requires no actual waves, phew!) takes the kinds of core-strengthening movements normally employed on a surfboard and puts them to use on dry land.

What happens in class? This is an online workout, so perfect for busy folk. With each class you can expect a high-intensity, full-body workout, with lots of additional focus on your core. Primarily, the class consists of multi-dimensional movement patterns such as surfies (a pop-up/burpee hybrid), butterfly sit-ups, bird-dogs and more. With sequences that take you from front to back, side to side, and plenty of pivots thrown in for good measure, not only can you look forward to increased flexibility, endurance and strength, but a nice confidence boost too. It might even entice you in the direction of the nearest swell, given time.
