Sherry is Spain's most famous fortified wine and the most versatile wine with tapas and strongly flavoured dishes.
Fino and Manzanilla are always pale, ultra-dry and best consumed chilled within a couple of days of opening. Amontillado is an aged Fino, where the wine develops a rich hazelnut colour and character. The wines are mostly dry. Enjoy!

Superb concentration of rich nuts and a very long, tangy, citrusy finish. This very old rare sherry averages 30 years maturation in barrel (less than €2.50 annual rent). An historic, contemplation sipping wine.
