Waldorf Salad Popcorn

220g (1 cup) popcorn kernels
3 stalks of celery
1 red apple, thinly sliced
250g seedless grapes
50g roasted cashew nuts
1 tbsp smoked paprika
4 tbsp melted butter
Make microwave popcorn according to the packet instructions or old-fashioned popcorn
in a pot on the hob.
Remove the tough fibres of celery stalks by starting from one end of the celery, grabbing
the strings and pulling down the lengths. Thinly slice the celery.
Season well with salt, then mix through the celery, apple slices, grapes and cashews.
Sprinkle over the paprika and drizzle over the butter just before serving.
