The model on the importance of breakfast and the odd indulgence of Haribo Star Mix sweets.
Do you do breakfast?
Almost always. I think it's so important to start your day off right. It also helps me curb off snacking later on in the day.
I make a mean spaghetti Bolognese. I adore pasta but, often, I'll make the sauce and put it into a hollowed out pepper then roast it in the oven for a few minutes. Just as satisfying but with less processed carbohydrates.
Your Guilty pleasure?
Haribo Star Mix.
Favourite take-out meal? I've recently discovered that the Camden Rotisserie on Dublin's Camden Street do takeaway. I love their roast chicken - it's so succulent and tasty.
I love Fallon & Byrne on Dublin's Exchequer Street. Their restaurant upstairs is so beautiful and the wine cellar is a great place to spend a Sunday.
Red or white wine?
What's always in your fridge?
Berries and eggs. I use berries in my porridge, and I love scrambled eggs with turkey and avocado in the mornings too.
Death row meal?
My mum's Christmas dinner: beef Wellington, roast potatoes and all the trimmings. Delicious.
Your Dream dinner guest?
David Attenborough, Stevie Nicks, John Lennon and Kurt Cobain.
