Lorraine Keane reveals her healthy eating habits and also her guilty pleasure.

Do you do breakfast?

Yes, Monday to Friday I have a cup of tea and brown toast with butter and sliced banana, and at weekends I love to have eggs Florentine.

Signature Dish:

Roast chicken/beef/honey roast ham/leg of lamb with selection of roast vegetables, greens in butter, mash and roast potatoes with homemade gravy - my secret recipe that everyone loves.

Favourite take-out meal:

Michie Sushi in Sandyford.

Favourite restaurant:

Too many! My husband Peter and I and our girls are real foodies. L'Ecrivain on Baggot Street, Rasam Indian in Glasthule, Cavistons in Glasthule, Roly's in Ballsbridge, Seapoint in Monkstown, That's Amore in Monkstown, Milano in Dun Laoghaire, Siam Thai in Dundrum, The Lobster Pot in Ballsbridge, every seafood restaurant in Howth village, every Avoca on the planet!

Red or white?

White at the moment.

Lunchbox staple:

A bag of snacks from The Good Snack Company, they are yummy and healthy. And Lindor chocolates (of any variety), not as healthy!

Guilty pleasure:

Seapoint burger and skinny fries....(nothing "skinny" about them!)

Favourite veg:

Can we call avocado a veg? I love avocado, and roast cauliflower.

Consider yourself a picky eater?

No, I eat everything but offal.

What's always in your fridge ?

Milk, butter, cheese and Ballymaloe relish.

Favourite spud style:

Roasties drowned in butter and salt.

Death row meal:

Champagne and oysters, followed by Champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate.

Dream dinner guests:

Derry Clarke, Ross Lewis, Andrew Rudd, Juan and Elena Arzak, Clodagh McKenna, Rachel Allen, Catherine Fulvio... See where I am going with this? And they all have to bring a course - yum yum!

Favourite dinner your mum used to make you:

Rolled pork steak with stuffing roasted in the oven with tomatoes.

What's your go-to comfort food?

Siam Thai chicken and broccoli stir fry in oyster sauce, with Singha beer and prawn crackers while I'm waiting.
