Dried Mint: I had been brought up to believe that fresh herbs are always best. However, I've come to find that when it comes to marinating meat, dried is where it's at. Dust off your packet of dried mint and use it to add extra flavour to meat, whether it's destined for the frying pan or a roasting dish.
