Quick chocolate sauce
This speedy sauce is only suitable for serving hot or warm because it sets when it gets cold.
You will need:
200g (7oz) dark chocolate
4 tablespoons cream
Melt the chocolate with the cream in a bowl, fitted over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until you have a smooth sauce. If preferred, put the ingredients in a Pyrex bowl and melt in the microwave at defrost setting. When melted, stir well to make a smooth sauce.
