Plum and Cherry Tomatoes

4 plum tomatoes

1 punnet cherry tomatoes

1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped

1 small bunch thyme, chopped

2 tbsps olive oil

Salt and pepper

Method

Cut the plum tomatoes lengthways and the cherry tomatoes in half. Place on a baking tray, then sprinkle the garlic, thyme and olive oil over them. Season, then bake at 90°C for three-quarters of an hour.
