This is a simple margarita with a nice lemon twist, and the best thing is that it is low in calories. Serves one.
YOU WILL NEED
1 tbsp sugar or 1 tsp simple syrup
2 limes, juiced
Place tequila, limoncello, lime juice, ice and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigourously for 10 seconds.
Rim a glass with lime juice then dip it into a plate of salt to rim the glass.
Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass, and serve with a slice of lime.
