Karl Henry's Home Made Seed and Nut Flapjacks

This is a healthier alternative to shop-bought processed fruit and nut bars. My version is full of fibre, and good fats too.
You will need
140g brown sugar
4 tbsps honey
140g unsalted butter
250g porridge oats
45g walnuts, roughly chopped
45g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
45g Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
50g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, poppy)
Heat oven to 160°C. Grease the insides of a baking tin and line the bottom with baking paper.
Gently heat the sugar, honey and butter in a pan until the sugar and butter have melted. Add the butter, sugar and honey mixture to the rest of the ingredients and mix. Spoon the mixture into the tin and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 30 minutes. Leave to cool before cutting into squares or bars with a sharp knife.
