Irish Wild Garlic Pesto

you will need
2 cups Irish wild garlic (leaves and flowers)
One-third cup walnuts
Â¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Â¼ tsp salt
Roughly chop the wild garlic and walnuts. Put all ingredients in the food processor and combine until they form a paste, and the pesto is ready.
I put together a picnic for two with bruschetta and the wild-garlic pesto on fresh sourdough bread with a salad of organic wild greens and butter beans.
