HEALTHY snack Gingered pear smoothie

you will need

100ml low-fat milk

1 ripe pear

1 small apple

1 tsp honey

Pinch ground ginger

2 tbsps raw porridge oats


* Blend all of the ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve immediately.
