An overrun mum of four toddlers has connected with mothers all over the world after opening up about the desperate measures she has to take to get even a moment of alone time.

Ashley Gardner, American mum of quadruplets, shared a video on herself hiding in her pantry eating sweets, thinking that she was away from the prying eyes of her toddlers.

However, it isn’t long before she spots the little eyes peeking underneath the door.

“Mum desperately needed a treat to get through the rest of the night.

“So I'm hiding in the pantry. Eating a treat. Is that wrong,” she asked.

The Utah woman and her husband Tyson welcomed her quadruplets Indie, Esme, Scarlett and Evangeline in 2014 after an eight year struggle with infertility.

The parents document their busy life with four girls on their Youtube Channel.
