There are lots of different diets out there, and it can get confusing.
Be smart about it, avoid any diet plans that promise fast weight loss or crash diets.
You will only end up slowing down your metabolism, and putting on more weight than you started with.
Most experts agree that five to six small meals per day will keep hunger pains away and metabolism high.
Choose three fruit, five+ veg, brown wholegrains and lean protein for a well-balanced diet plan.
