Model mum Sarah McGovern admits age a factor in another baby

Model mum Sarah McGovern has admitted that having another baby at an older age would be a cause for concern.

The 36-year-old welcomed her second child into the world in January.

Six-week-old Robyn is the apple of their eye and a sister for two-year-old son Jude, and Sarah said herself and her hubby Kenny will wait before thinking about having another one.

While women are now having babies at a later age, with presenters Maura Derrane and Pamela Flood both getting pregnant in their 40s, Sarah said the worry would play at the back of her mind.

"It is common now to have a child at an older age, but I would still be very conscious about that," the slender blonde told the Herald.

Aside from a few visits to the doctor, little Robyn is "thriving" and it looks like she will take after her mum in the height department.
