The teenage years can be a trial for parents as they deal with that potentially fraught stage in their child's development.
Busy Bodies is a programme developed by representatives from the National Parents Council and the HSE's Health Promotion Unit. It aims to give information to 10-14-year-olds on the physical and emotional changes of puberty.
It is available free and can be downloaded directly from www.healthpromotion.ie. Parents who want to order a copy can text BUSY plus their name and address to 50444.
