Grocery list for a one year old

½ small aubergine ¼ red pepper ¼ green pepper 3 to 4 basil leaves 1tsp olive oil

Preparation

Wash the basil leaves under running water and cut them into fine pieces with scissors. Set aside. Wash the two peppers, cut out their stems, remove the seeds and cut them into quarters. Dice ¼ of the red pepper and ¼ green pepper. Wash the aubergine, cut off its ends, peel it and cut it in half. Cut half of the aubergine into pieces. Place the diced pepper and aubergine pieces into the steamer basket and cook for 15 minutes ( water level three). Throw the cooking juices away. Transfer the pepper and aubergine to the blending bowl. Pulse once. Mix with the chopped basil leaves and olive oil. Serve!
