Irish man admits cheating on his wife on live radio only to be confronted by her furious friend
A Dublin man, who admitted cheating on his wife on live radio, was caught off guard when her friend rang into the show to confront him about his infidelity.
Michael, a caller to 4fm’s Niall Boylan Show, admitted to having four one-night stands throughout his 17 year marriage some of which were with friends of his unsuspecting wife.
A confident Michael bragged about the affairs to the show’s host for several minutes, before a second caller, Claire, was introduced to the conversation.
“It’s Claire. Michael what the f**k are you playing at,” asked the woman, who claimed to be a friend of Michael’s wife.
“Either you tell her or I’ll play the podcast back tomorrow morning,” she said.
The adulterer seemed to be caught off guard, before he began to deny that he knew Claire.
“Is this a wind up. It sounds like a false name to me. That could be anybody there talking,” said Michael.
The pair continued to battle it out as Claire threatened reveal all to Michael’s wife.
“Do you want me to bring you up a shovel,” Claire asked.
“I’ll get into the car and I’ll be there in half an hour. She only knows about the one before the wedding. He’s dead,” she said.
Despite his infidelity Michael placed the blame on Claire if his marriage should end as a result of his radio foray.
“You break up a marriage if you want to break up a marriage,” he said.
