An Irish couple have an unusual photograph to add to their wedding album after the fun-loving priest who married them snapped a selfie from the altar.

The guests were talking about the ceremony all day,” she said.

The newlywed admitted that Fr. Pat’s part in the day made it all the more enjoyable.

“He really did make the wedding for us and we were both looking forward to the wedding video coming because it was a bit of a blur for us, we enjoyed watching it again,” said Sinead.

The priest is seemingly a fan of the selfie, as an photo of him with a number of other clerics went viral when shared a number of years ago.
