It is our first Christmas in USA. We moved here in October- me (Susan), my husband Dale, and our children Josh (5), Harry (3) and Alanna (1). We love our Christmas tree, although it cost twice the price of an Irish tree! We've made a lot of adjustments to our lives here in America! One of the hardest changes was to our diets! Food is very different here and I have had to try new recipes! So a cookery course that I could partake in when I am home on a visit would be so welcome and so helpful!! - Susan Crammond
A reminder of family and friends in Australia that has pride of place on our tree - Grace Lambert
