Fire fighters believe that the basement was full of rubbish before it caught fire.
One woman was outside the building when emergency services arrived.
She was treated for her injuries and brought to hospital with minor injuries as a precaution.
One unit remained at the scene at 11.20pm and the fire was described as being "under control".
The property is understood to be a derelict building.
