Woman grilled on pub killing

A woman in her 60s was last night being questioned by gardai in relation to the murder of publican and teacher John Kenny in Co Galway.

The woman was the sixth person to be arrested in connection with the murder.

A woman in her 30s, who was arrested earlier this week, was yesterday released without charge.

The four others, a 17-year-old boy, a 29-year-old man and two men in their 20s and 30s, have also been released without charge and a file is being prepared for the DPP.

Mr Kenny (56) was found dead in his pub in Oughterard over a week ago.
