What's in the JLC deal?

•Affects 200,000 workers -- mainly catering, hotels, retail, grocery and contract cleaning.
•Wage rates will be set, taking into account unemployment levels and wider wage trends.
•Sunday premium pay is gone -- replaced by basic entitlement to extra pay, higher wage rates, or time off in lieu.
•A single pay rate is to be agreed, along with a further two higher pay levels for workers with long service.
•Companies can claim an inability to pay the wage rates.
•JLC/ERO system to be made constitutionally safe.
