Two-car collision grinds motorway to halt at rush-hour

A two-car collision has ground the main Dublin to Limerick road to a halt during rush-hour traffic this Friday.
Fire officers at the scene on the M7 between Borris-on-Ossory and Roscrea confirmed that nobody was badly injured in the crash.
A massive tailback has developed as hundreds of commuters were travelling to the west this evening for the weekend.
Three fire engines and an ambulance attended the scene in Tipperary.
Fire officers confirmed that the road has been closed for health and safety reasons.
