Two more appear in court related to Dale Creighton's death

Two men in their twenties appeared in Dublin District Court today charged with in relation to the death of 20-year-old Dale Creighton who was fatally injured in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

David Burke of 25 Village Square, and James O’Brien of Avonbeg Square, both Tallaght were charged with violent disorder.

Five people in all are now before the courts in regard to the incident which took place at the footbridge at St Dominic’s Road in Tallaght.

Two other people, Graham Palmer (24), of Homelawn Road, and Aisling Burke (20), of Bolbrook Grove, both in Tallaght, appeared in court earlier this week charged with violent disorder.

Another young man, Ross Callery (20) has also been charged with violent disorder.

Mr Creighton died in hospital two days after the incident  without recovering consciousness.
