Two men charged following probe

The PSNI has charged two men over drugs and property offences

Two men have been charged with drugs and criminal property offences.

The pair, aged 31 and 25, were detained by officers from the PSNI's Organised Crime Branch after an investigation in the Ballymacarrett area of east Belfast.

They are expected to appear at court in Belfast charged with conspiracy to supply a class A drug, concealing criminal property, possessing criminal property, and encouraging or assisting offences.

A PSNI spokesman said the charges would be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
