Traffic restrictions in Dublin and Tipperary today

ROAD CLOSURES IN DUBLIN

* From 6am

The Phoenix Park and Dublin Zoo will be closed to all traffic, cyclists and pedestrians all day.

Parliament Street

Traffic travelling southbound on O'Connell St will be diverted east onto Eden Quay or west onto Aston Quay.

Traffic travelling along the south Quays will have no access to D'Olier St or Parliament St and access to Temple Bar will be restricted.

Georges Street will be access only -- no through traffic.

All traffic on Capel Street Bridge will be diverted west on the quays with no access to Parliament Street.

Traffic restricted at all roads around Dublin Airport including:

* 10am - 9pm

All city-bound traffic on the N4 (Lucan Road) and on the M50 will not be allowed exit at Junction 7. All traffic, except public trtansport, will be diverted.

* 11.15am - 2.30pm

ROAD CLOSURES IN TIPPERARY

* 1pm - 4.30pm

M7 Motorway at Junction 22 (Roscrea) to Junction 25 (Nenagh) will be closed. Traffic will be diverted at Roscrea Junction 22 via the N62 to Templemore, the R501 to Borrisoleigh and the R498 to Nenagh where traffic can re-enter the M7 Motorway for Limerick at Junction 25.

Traffic will be diverted at Nenagh Junction 25 via the R498 to Borrisoleigh, the R501 to Templemore and the N62 to Roscrea where traffic can re-enter the M7 Motorway for Dublin at Junction 22.

The R445 (old N7) will be closed to traffic between Toomevara and Dunkerrin. Alternative routes will be put in place.

DUBLIN BUS

RAIL

Supension of rail services between Connolly and Pearse Stations in Dublin between 11.40am - 12.15pm, 5.45pm - 6.15pm and 7.45pm - 8.05pm.

DART services will operate to and from Connolly, and to and from Pearse, during these times.

Other changes include:

12.05pm Connolly-Arklow starts from Pearse at 12.10pm

12.10pm Pearse-Maynooth will start from Connolly at 12.17pm

4pm Drogheda-Pearse terminates at Connolly.

5.10pm Maynooth-Pearse will terminate at Connolly.

5.30pm Bray-Longford may be delayed by 10-15 minutes.

5.55pm Pearse-Dundalk starts from Connolly at 6.03pm

6.15pm Pearse-Drogheda starts from Connolly at 6.30pm

6.40pm Connolly-Drogheda may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.

6.45pm Drogheda-Pearse terminates at Connolly.

7.59pm Pearse-Maynooth will start from Connolly at 8.05pm

8.13pm Pearse-Drogheda may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
