Traffic chaos: Two injured following collision between truck and car on M50
Collision caused 7km tailback in traffic

Motorists have been warned to expect major delays following a road traffic collision on the M50 southbound.
The collision is believed to have involved a truck and a car, and took place before Junction 13 southbound between Firhouse and Ballinteer.
Emergency services attended the scene and two people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána.
Traffic was reduced to two lanes while the the collision was still in place.
A spokesperson for AA Roadwatch told Independent.ie that the collision had blocked the left lane and the hard shoulder.
“It occurred closer to J13 Ballinteer but delays are now back to J11 Tallaght. Traffic is very heavy on approach,” she said.
The collision caused a 7km tailback in traffic and delays of up to 40mins.
All lanes have since re-opened and the collision has been cleared, although delays remain from J11 onwards.
