Three women were hospitalised last night after a domestic dispute broke out in the Constitution Hill area in Dublin’s north city.
The family row broke out at around 9.30pm and involved more than four people.
Shouting and screaming was heard during the fight which resulted in superficial injuries for three of the women involved.
Gardai and ambulances from Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene and two women were taken to the Mater Hospital while another was treated at St James’s.
All three women later discharged themselves after treatment for cuts and bruises.
The reason for the row in the family was not known.
One man was said to have been “uncooperative” at the scene during a short stand-off but no complaints were made to gardai and no arrests were made.
Gardai maintained a presence at the scene until peace was restored.
