Three held over pub shooting murder

Three men are being questioned over the shooting of Darren Cogan in Dublin in 2011

Detectives have arrested three men over the killing of a man at a suburban pub.

They are being questioned about the shooting of Darren Cogan, 22, at a bar on Tyrconnell Road in Inchicore, Dublin, on June 25 2011.

One man was arrested on Thursday morning while two other were arrested on Wednesday.

They were all detained in the Dublin area and are aged from their mid 20s to mid 30s.

The three are being held at Kilmainham and Kevin Street Garda stations under section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.
