EDUCATION Minister Ruairi Quinn says comment on the Budget is causing concern and uncertainty for the public.
Following criticism of the Croke Park Agreement by a group of Fine Gael TDs, Mr Quinn says TDs should express their views about public-sector pay and taxes to internal parliamentary party meetings.
Tanaiste Eamon Gilmore also says coalition TDs should bring up their concerns about the Budget internally.
Mr Gilmore said he would not be engaging in public debate about the Budget until it was announced in December.
Adding to the criticism of the Fine Gael TDs actions, Jobs Minister Richard Bruton said there were "better ways" for Fine Gael TDs to voice their concerns.
