RAGING seas and snow showers hampered the search for a Dutch tourist, missing and feared drowned off the coast in a double tragedy.
The search will resume for a third day at first light today although the Irish Coast Guard and the RNLI admitted that predicted storms over the next 72 hours could further limit the recovery operation.
It is feared Roland Deckers (31) and his friend, Othman Rahmouni (33), were swept off rocks by giant waves last Saturday.
One body was recovered at 2.30pm last Monday but gardai are still awaiting on positive identification.
The weather conditions prevented divers from searching under-water caves along Sheep's Head peninsula.
