•Eden restaurant, Temple Bar, Dublin: locked in a rent dispute with its landlord Temple Bar Cultural Trust.

•Cafe Bar Deli, Cork: successfully exited from examinership and remains in business.

•Cafe Bar Deli, Ranelagh, Dublin: closed in August 2010 after a dispute with landlord over rent.

•Cafe Bar Deli, South Great George's St, Dublin: closed.

•Cafe Bar Deli in Bewley's, Grafton St, Dublin: closed and re-opened under new management through a franchise deal.

•Shebeen Chic, South Great George's St, Dublin: earlier this month the High Court ordered the premises to be vacated over unpaid rents.

•Bellinter House, Co Meath: company behind the hotel was put into liquidation. The hotel is now operated by an unrelated company and continues to trade.

•Market Bar, Fade Street, Dublin: Jay Bourke has a share in the company behind the pub, which reported a loss for last year.
