A SECOND man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a father of three, writes Edel Kennedy.

Stephen O'Meara (26) went missing last August and his body was found in a shallow grave on Christmas Eve.

He vanished on August 6 after telling his partner that he was going to meet someone.

His body was found in Ballydonnell, near Red Cross, in Co Wicklow. However, he was not formally identified until St Stephen's Day.
